Customized Training Plan: Your 4-week training program is designed to match your fitness level and objectives, with adjustments made as needed to ensure progress.
Ongoing Adaptation: To prevent plateaus and keep your body responding positively, workouts are regularly updated, introducing new exercises to promote continuous improvement and reduce the risk of injury.
Weekly Check-Ins & Support: I work closely with you, providing video demonstrations to ensure proper form. You’ll also have the opportunity to send short video clips of selected exercises, allowing me to offer feedback, make necessary adjustments, and prevent injury.

Flexible & Holistic Options

This personal training program can be a stand-alone service or combined with Balanced Bites for a comprehensive mind-body transformation. If incorporated with Balanced Bites, program costs will be discussed based on individual needs.
